On first visit of the Site, a site definition is retrieved. Required files are downloaded. Depending on size of the Site, Site is set to be hosted or not. If is to be hosted then replication begins. This includes Site's files, database records and visitor files.

Pin
Site will appear fist on the list of sites
Ban
You can mark a Site as Banned. Site will be known and hosted, nor accesible on a Client.
Update Site
This will cause the Client to check for newer or updated Site Definitions, Visitor Records or Files.
Purge Site
Site will be removed. This includes Site Definitions, resources, database.
On a client you can see a list of resources which make files. They are called chunks. You can set them as Preserved to avoid automatic clean up of non-hosted sites.
Once a new Site Definition and it's files are fully downloaded then it will become served. Older Site Definitions are deleted and related resouces will be purged
